Description
As a Management Analyst 1 for the Health Care Authority (HCA) in the Office of Imaging & Mail Services you will work independently and would be responsible for conducting complex research and analysis that affect your section. In this position you will have the opportunity to lead cross-divisional projects and activities, which affect other agency departments and/or divisions as well as external stakeholders.
This could be a door opening opportunity and there is room for professional growth within the agency.

**Here is what we are looking for (Qualifications):**
Minimum of 3 years' experience working with document imaging systems and associated hardware/software including scanners.
**Desired Qualification: **
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, law, public health administration or related field.
* Four years of experience working with or have knowledge of document imaging applications.
* Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), tracking and developing agency measurement reports
* Familiarity and experience with imaging workflow processes that support PEBB, Accounting, Health Benefits Exchange, Department of Social and Health Services, & HCA
* Working knowledge of Ephesoft, Kofax, ILINX, ProviderOne Imaging
* Familiarity with LEAN principles
